载营魄抱一，能无离。
专气致柔，能如婴儿。
涤除玄鉴，能无疵。
爱国治民，能无为。
天门开阖，能为雌。
明白四达，能无知。
生之蓄之，生而不有，为而不恃，长而不宰，是谓玄德。

灵魂和行动一致，能做到毫无间隙。
聚精集气以致柔和温顺，能做到像婴儿一样。
洗净内心杂念，探照灵魂深处，能做到毫无瑕疵。
热爱国家，治理百姓，能做到无为而治。
五官大开，面对外来诱惑，能保持宁静。
洞悉世事，明白事理，能做到不心动，不介入。
以创造并养育这个世界为己任，创造养育并不强行占有，有所作为却不自恃其能，作为众生之主却不主宰他 们。这是高尚的品德啊！

His act and his soul are in perfect harmony, and he can maintain unity without the slightest deviation; he tames his life energy and becomes extremely soft, it can behave like a newborn baby; he purges his mind as if he cleans a mirror, so that his soul was pure without any (moral) infirmity; he loves his country and governs it with love, he applies "Wuwei" (non constrain) method.
When he opens his 5 senses to the outside world, he can remain insensitive to calls of external temptations; he is aware of world affairs but can refrain from interfering (to get profit from it).
He creates beings and nourishes them; he creates them and does not own them as his property; he helps them and does not expect a reward; he leads them and does not treat them like a ruler.
This is called possessing a deep virtue.

Son acte est en parfaite cohérence avec son âme, et il peut conserver l’unité sans le moindre écart.
Il dompte sa force vitale et la rend extrêmement souple, il peut se comporter comme un nouveau-né.
Il purge son esprit comme s’il nettoie un miroir, son âme est alors pure sans aucune infirmité (morale).
Il aime son pays et le gouverne avec amour, il peut appliquer la méthode "Wuwei" (Non-contraindre).
Quand il ouvre ses 5 sens au monde extérieur, il peut rester insensible aux sirènes des tentations externes.
Il est au courant des affaires du monde mais peut se garder d’intervenir (pour en profiter).
Il crée les êtres et les nourrit.
Il les crée et ne les regarde pas comme sa propriété.
Il leur fait du bien et n’attend pas de récompense.
Il règne sur eux et ne les traite pas en maître.
C'est ce qu'on appelle posséder une vertu profonde.
