The Tao is eternal and nameless. Although it is small and sober in nature, nobody in the world could subjugate it. If vassals and kings can follow it, all beings will spontaneously come to submit to them.
Heaven and earth unite together to drop sweet dew, and the peoples will share it fairly without being ordered.
When beings are born and grow up, they get their status. Once status is established, people know the limits to their acts. Those who know their limits never fail.
The Tao is to all beings in the world, as valley to streams of mountains, or sea to rivers.
