善为士者,不武;善战者,不怒;善胜敌者,不与;善用人者,为之下。是谓不争之德,是谓用人之力,是谓配天古之极。

An excellent army commander does not have a belligerent ardor. A good fighter does not indulge in anger. A big winner does not provoke. A good manager takes a humble attitude.
This is called the virtue of noncompetition. This is called the gift of obtaining help from others. This is called a quality conforming to the sublime and eternal law of heaven.
